- Can I bring my dog to Strandhotel Golfzang?
Yes, Strandhotel Golfzang has special rooms where dogs are welcome*. Before making a reservation, it is necessary to contact us to check the availability of these rooms. Please note that we allow a maximum of two dogs per room, with an additional charge of €20.00 per night for one dog and €25.00 per night for two dogs. Please take this into account when planning your stay.
* Pets other than dogs are not permitted in the hotel or apartment.
- What are the check-in and check-out times at Strandhotel Golfzang?
At Strandhotel Golfzang you can check in and check out 24/7. Your room is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check out is possible until 10.30 am.
- How can I make a reservation?
You can book online, by phone, or in person at the hotel reception. All reservations are subject to availability.
Online booking
Making an online reservation is easy:
- Choose your preferred offer, hotel room or apartment. Click ‘Prices and availability’ or ‘Book this room’.
- Select your arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. Click ‘Check availability’.
- Choose your preferred room and click the ‘Select’ button.
- Add any extras to t your booking and click ‘Next’ to enter your details.
- Enter your personal information or log in with your account. Click 'I want to check my booking'.
- Check your reservation, select your payment method* and click 'I want to pay'.
Once you’ve completed all the steps, a booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.
* If you’ve selected an online payment method, choose your bank and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
* If you’ve chosen ‘Pay on arrival’, please ensure the full amount is paid when you check in.

- How can I reserve a baby cot?

- Is breakfast included at Strandhotel Golfzang?
Breakfast is included during your stay at Strandhotel Golfzang. Breakfast is served at Restaurant EAZEE from 07:00 to 10:30 AM. We look forward to welcoming you!
- Can I park for free in Egmond aan Zee?
In Egmond aan Zee, paid parking applies:
- From 1 March to 1 November, between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.
- From 1 November to 1 March, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (as of 1 January 2023). Parking is free on all other days.

Some Hotel in Egmond accommodations offer private parking. Others offer digital parking permits for a fee. You can check what applies to the hotel or apartment of your choice on the website.
New Parking Meters
The municipality of Bergen is currently replacing parking meters. Work in Egmond aan Zee will continue until mid-April. Please note the following for the new machines:
- Payment is digital only, via card or phone. Coins are no longer accepted.
- No printed ticket will be issued. You will receive a digital one. Parking is monitored based on your number plate.
You can still use a parking app as an alternative to the meters.
The replacement of the meters does not affect existing parking rules, permits, or permit zones.
- Can I park my car at Strandhotel Golfzang?
You can park in our parking garage for € 17.00 per night, based on availability. The exception is the parking of electric cars: by order of the fire brigade, electric cars are not allowed to park in our garage. You can park your electric car outside the hotel grounds.
Park outside the hotel grounds
You can also park outside the hotel grounds using a digital parking permit available at the hotel reception, which costs €8.50 per booked night. The ticket is valid from 1pm on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure. The parking ticket only comes into effect after check-in. To avoid a fine, we ask you to cover the time between arrival and check-in yourself.
It is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance.
- What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Subject to our terms and conditions, you can change your travel dates or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. This also depends on the period of your intended stay.
- Up to 72 hours before the day of arrival, cancellations are free of charge. After that, 100% cancellation fees apply.
- More than 24 hours before arrival, you can change your booking once free of charge. Within 24 hours of arrival, a €25 change fee will be charged.
- For conferences and events, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply. You’ll find these conditions on your booking confirmation.
